Strive for Excellence
Your weekly meetings/Bible studies need to be a place where everyone feels welcome, they're free to discuss, learn, and are highly motivated to come back week after week. As they come back it allows them to be involved in the right kind of environment that will help them grow in the Lord and experience life change that the He desires. Believe it or not, this is the best time to begin thinking and planning for your Spring and Summer breaks.
