Big Job this Summer if You're Near the Campus
If you happen to be in your college town this summer there is still something you can do that would be valuable. You can play a huge role by helping to raise some funds for the movement on your campus. With proper funding there may be no limit to what you would be able to do to help in evangelism and discipleship on campus. Wow! Imagine having all the funding you need. You could try some big things that could make a significant splash on campus. Here's the manual on how to do it: http://www.godsquad.com/leading/coordinator.htm. Be sure to look at all the "related resources" just to the left of this article. Be creative. A great place to start is always with your local church. Contact your pastor right after finals.
You're Not Done Yet
Are you transferring or graduating to the work force? Be sure to stay in touch with us. Send an email to your staff coach. Your help will still be incredibly valuable in helping with a campus movement even though you're not on campus regularly anymore. Maybe you’ll be living near another campus?! You graduate from college but not from the ministry. The mission we're called to will always be there.
Got Contacts?
Do you know anyone on a campus where there is no Campus Crusade movement? We can help them to start one up. Be sure to email us with any contact information so we can connect with them. We can even help by connecting with those students over the summer and give them a head start in starting the movement on their campus for the fall. Let us know. Finally, if you have a new leadership team in place for the fall, double check to make sure that your staff coach knows who they are so they can connect with them before the semester ends. Thanks!
Talk to you next week,
The GodSquad Team
