Roadmap and Transferring Leadership As you look at the November Roadmap for the weeks of the 6th – 10th and 13th – 17th, notice some of the important areas to tie up before Thanksgiving and also in solidifying your leadership team for the Spring semester. This does not happen overnight but takes careful evaluation, prayer, and a specific challenge. Look at this newly posted e-learning module, Transferring Leadership, to help you as you choose and challenge your new leadership. Take some time now to read and apply the principles here, you’ll be off to a great start for next semester along with your planning. Finally, if you’re doing a November big evangelistic outreach, be sure your plans are in place by this week.
